Allow me to introduce myself - I am Garret Jacobs.

I am partnering with Ali + Empowering Living to provide a space for somatic release and embodiment practices that couple with desire mapping and integration within oneself. My background includes being a dedicated yoga instructor for 10+ years with training in tantric breathwork, movement therapy and sacred sexuality. My goal is to provide safe and sacred space for the Masculine and Feminine to be in full expression as well as, being a guide in discovering and dissolving cultural + spiritual limiting beliefs. I am honored and privileged to be working alongside Ali to provide a comprehensive, full bodied experience for individuals to find who they are, what they want, how to get it, and finally, how to share it with the world.
