Start with an Initial Consultation and then choose from 5 or 10 sessions. The initial appointment includes a 30 minute Discovery Session & 30, 60 or 90 minutes of Access Consciousness® bodywork. The Discovery will include your health history which will help uncover your intentions behind your wellness journey. The bodywork session will include aspects of massage therapy, hot stones, acupressure, reflexology, thai yoga massage and tools from Access Consciousness®. It is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life with more ease and joy than you ever knew was possible. How does it get any better than that? 

Plus you will revceive 15 minute access to our Oxygen Bar after every in-house session!
