Discovery Session

Initial Consultation & Discovery Session: 

If you are looking to deepen your body, mind and spirit through addressing your core concerns, clearing them with bodywork and being guided to manifest your life's purpose through conscious choice then you might want to consider our Specialized Exploration which begins with an Initial Consultation. This allows you and the EL collective to become more clear about what your core concerns truly are and how to address them. The initial consultation includes a 30 minute Discovery Session where we become curious together about what and how your experiences have created fixed points of view in your body and life, 30, 60 or 90 minutes of bodywork and 15 minute access to the oxygen bar. (All appointments following the initial consultation will continue to include a 15 minute Discovery Session before the appointment to encourage an intentional relationship between Empowered Living and the client.)

 

Everyone has a purpose in life, and within that purpose lays a unique talent just waiting to be expressed and shared with the world. If you haven’t found your purpose, that’s okay, you will. For some, the vision is unclear and the path elusive. Even those who seem to know the way have, at one time or another, asked themselves the same question you ask yourself: Is this the life I was meant to live?

 

Most of our time is spent chasing after things we haven’t got, running around feeling unsatisfied and not paying any attention to the beauty and abundance already around us. Emotional stability and inner peace play minor supporting roles in our estranged lives—unhappiness and emptiness usually get ranked at the top. 

 

This is why we believe creating space where a 15-30 minute Discovery Session can be held every appointment where intentional tools are used to expand your potential and deepen the relationship between Empowered Living and you, the client. The ultimate goal is that you, move into alignment with your true purpose and are empowered to know that YOU KNOW how to be, know, perceive and receive all of yourself infinitely. Some of the tools we will use are Life Path Numerology, Wheel of Life, Boom Life's Core Values and meditation & visualization.

A self-assessment tool, from Ziglar, to get a snap-shot point of view of how you are doing in 7 major areas of life. The Wheel of Life is a great exercise and tool for helping you create more balance and success in your life by looking at why your wheel of life looks the way it does, what you would like your wheel of life to look like, and further into how to make this happen.
