What is the VITA™ Method?

The VITA™ Method (Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach) is a trauma and neuroscience informed, soul-centered approach to personal transformation that blends modern neurobiology with ancient tantric wisdom to heal, awaken, and integrate the full spectrum of our erotic and emotional power.

Created by Layla Martin, the VITA™ Method integrates tools from:
