 Access Consioucsness ® is tools to change things in your life that you haven’t been able to change until now, providing you with ways to become totally aware, live in allowance and to begin functioning as the conscious infinite being you truly are. You will be lying down, perceiving, receiving and being the energies of what you and your body are during our session. If you allow them to, these energies will stay with you for the coming weeks, months - and the rest of your life.

Access Consciousness was created in 1990 by Gary Douglas and for 26 years has been changing peoples lives, bodies and realities. Access Consciousness, also referred to as Access, "is a set of tools and processes that are designed to facilitate more consciousness for everyone. Access reminds us that consciousness includes everyhing without judgement. It is the willingness and capacity to be totally aware, totally present in all areas of your life. Consciousness is the ability to continually awaken to more possibility, more choice and more life. The invitation of Access is to help you acknowledge you as the infinite being you truly are and to step into generating a life beyond the you, you think you are. As an infinite being you function from the infinite perceiving, knowing, being and receiving. As an infinite being all things are possible all the time and you have total choice."

Access Consciousness The Bars® (The Bars or Access Bars)

When Access first began, The Bars, was all that was offered and is still the foundation block of all of Access Consciousness. The purpose of The Bars is to show people that they can actually lay, receive and experience profound change in all areas of their lives. Having your Bars run, means 32 points on your head that relate to money, control, creativity, creating connections, creating life forms, aging, hopes, dreams, awareness, joy, sadness, your body and healing are gently touched. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life. Touch one Bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life.  Many of us believe that to make change happen we have to do, do, do. We do as much as we can in fact in order to make sure that we don't have anytime to receive and that is step one to having the life you truly desire; being willing to receive. It's about changing the energy of how you are functioning in life that allows change to show up without effort, and with great ease. If you did nothing else with Access Consciousness but had your Bars touched, you would begin to be able to change every limitation, difficulty and aspect of your life that does not work for you. At the worst you would feel like you had the best massage of your life and at the very best, your whole life can change into something greater with total ease!
