An Oxygen Bar allows you to breathe 4-5 times the amount of oxygen that is present in the air around us. Oxygen helps to remove "toxins" from the body. The oxygen is produced from the ambient air by an oxygen concentrator and inhaled through a nasal cannula. You may choose to have the oxygen infused with select essential oils, including eucalyptus, peppermint, chamomile, bergamot, and many others.  Your chosen session (between 5 and 30 minutes) will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.  It calms the mind and relieves stress, headaches and hangovers.  It lessens the effects of sinus problems, stabilizes the nervous system, and improves digestion.  It increases endurance during exercise and relieves muscle stiffness, speeding up the body's recovery after physical activity.
