As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Psych-K® Facilitator and Embodiment Coach, I will do my best to support,

encourage, and share advice with the intensions of you reaching your highest and greatest self. I will treat each client with respect and integrity. Please do know, however, that the information you receive from me is based on my opinions alone and must be used for informational purposes only. You will have to determine what you do with that information.

Honesty, vulnerability and consistency are key to this process working. It will likely feel uncomfortable at times and that’s okay. I strive to provide a supportive, understanding and compassionate environment in which to engage in this process. If you find yourself struggling with some aspect of this process, please be open and willing to discuss this. This is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel empowered to communicate your needs, desires and concerns so we can find solutions.

Work like this doesn't happen in a day. Unpacking our cultural and subconscious conditioning and establishing the connection between the disharmony within your mind and how it correlates with the tension in your body takes time and effort. This work is best suited for those who are ready to go to any length for their healing, recovery and personal transformation.
Due to the importance of your confidentiality and the importance of minimizing dual relationships, I do ask

that a professional level of respect is honored through all and any social networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). It is important for a high level of integrity to be honored through these channels so we can both maintain our confidentiality and our respective privacy. It may also blur the boundaries of our therapeutic relationship, so please be mindful of respecting professional boundaries through these channels. I cannot ensure the confidentiality of any form of communication through electronic media, including text messages, social media, etc. I suggest that you do not use these methods of communication to discuss therapeutic content if you want to protect your confidentiality.
If you are a minor, your parents may be legally entitled to some information about your treatment. I will

discuss with you and your parents’ what information is appropriate for them to receive and which issues are more appropriately kept confidential with your best interest in mind.

You are agreeing that you have read, understood and agree to the items contained in this document.
